Since August 29, 2025, new customs regulations in the United States have gone into effect. As a result, U.S. orders may now be subject to additional customs duties upon arrival.

These fees are not charged by Coccoloba but by U.S. Customs, and they must be paid by the customer for the package to be released.

Even though Coccoloba may look like a big brand, we are actually a small business, and these unexpected costs have been a challenge for us as well. We are working on solutions, but this is not something we can resolve immediately.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we adapt to this new reality.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLITICS
 
Returns and cancellations are not accepted unless the item is faulty, in case the item is defective it will be issued store credit for the full amount of item provided that:
 
- Items are returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
