Returns & Exchange Policy

At Coccoloba Swimwear, every bikini is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Venezuela. Each piece is made in limited quantities with exceptional attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

If your bikini doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Have all original tags attached.

Approved exchanges are processed as store credit for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.

Store credit allows you to place a new order and choose any available size, color, or style on our website.

Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your new order exceeds the value of your store credit, you will simply pay the difference. If it is less than the available balance, the remaining credit will stay in your account for future purchases.

Refund Policy

At Coccoloba Swimwear, we do not offer monetary refunds.

As our bikinis are handcrafted in limited quantities, approved returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect are issued as store credit only.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coccolobaswimwear.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping charges, or, when appropriate, send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Coccoloba Swimwear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Order Cancellations

As each Coccoloba bikini is handcrafted in limited quantities, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you wish to cancel your order after purchase, the amount paid for the item will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.

Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase at Coccoloba Swimwear.
