Since August 29, 2025, new customs regulations in the United States have gone into effect. As a result, U.S. orders may now be subject to additional customs duties upon arrival.
These fees are not charged by Coccoloba but by U.S. Customs, and they must be paid by the customer for the package to be released.
Even though Coccoloba may look like a big brand, we are actually a small business, and these unexpected costs have been a challenge for us as well. We are working on solutions, but this is not something we can resolve immediately.
